Trish Clowes 'Pocket Compass' Album Launch

Saxophonist, composer and BBC Radio 3 New Generation Artist Trish Clowes will launch her third album 'Pocket Compass' at a special concert at the EFG London Jazz Festival. The performance will meld the distinctive approach of the jazz composer with an orchestral sound world.

The concert will also feature Norma Winstone, Mike Walker and work from Guy Barker. Trish Clowes will perform tracks from Pocket Compass with her quintet and also with the BBC Concert Orchestra. The concert will also feature The Fox, the Parakeet and the Chestnut - a brand new commission for the orchestra.
